KABALL pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage, chosen and authenticated with intention. Because each item is unique, all sales are final.

We do our part first

Every listing includes honest condition notes and detailed photos, including any signs of vintage wear. Have a question before you commit? Email [email protected] and we're happy to share more photos, measurements, or details.

If something isn't right

If your piece arrives materially not as described, or is damaged in transit, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos. We'll make it right with a return for store credit. Return shipping is on you, the Collector.

Vintage character

Expected signs of vintage character that were disclosed in the listing aren't grounds for a return. Vintage pieces carry their history, and that's part of the appeal.
